Craig McCrae.
I can imagine his confidence would be sky high after we win the VFL flagDoes he want a senior gig? Pretty quiet bloke. I like him but not sure he's senior coach material

NiiiiceCraig McCrae.
Pretty silly thing to say, he has been here for only two senior matches. Which included two wins.If we lose on Saturday will you start a "Caracella Out" thread?
Only partly in jest. No malice but some will believe that the wins are all down to Caracella and the losses are all down to Hardwick.Pretty silly thing to say, he has been here for only two senior matches. Which included two wins.
I know it was in jest, but no need to provoke.

Just got back from 3 weeks over seas and the Tigers are 2 & 0 how good is that
and I am abut to sit down and watch 2 games
No you're right baiting people is ok for some, I thought you had him on ignore?Only partly in jest. No malice but some will believe that the wins are all down to Caracella and the losses are all down to Hardwick.

Debbie Downers, Sensitive Sally's - Anfield Agitators, it's all the same to meOh please!
When did everyone become such Sensitive Sally's?

Really only having a bit of fun with that stuff...some of those that are constantly bitter do get a little bit wearing. But hey, we've all got opinions.Debbie Downers, Sensitive Sally's - Anfield Agitators, it's all the same to me
On Dimma, it's not even about winning finals, or ever really was for me. It's about how he is so confusing as a coach and how he mixes his messages. His early kicking ethos has been applied selectively, if the team stopped improving and he'd be gone (quote he made) - and he's still here. Dimma follows trends, and while there is nothing wrong with that per se, it is a hallmark of a great assistant coach, not a senior premiership winning coach (IMHumbleO). We picked the wrong guy for the job and won't admit it.
If Dimma gets us to Grand Final in the next two years I will happily eat all those words, but so far I haven't had to eat seven years of words, and sadly I'm expecting that to push out to nine years.
the please explain from AFL HQ isn't worth it is all. Would lead them to spite us and ream us even worse!http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-ne...ks-umpires-bemoans-rules-20170406-gvf0k3.html
hasn't got the balls to say what others have said we get ****** over by the umpires every week

On Dimma, fair enough and last season certainly shook the faith.
My stance has always been that while Dimma is the coach then I'll get behind him and the rest of the team.
That is not to say that I think everything is rosy and Richmond have found some sort of footballing "Utopia".
More that since the present regime took over we have made many improvements on and off the field and we now have the basis of a very strong club.
Yes, that does now need to translate into finals success. No doubt.
What does annoy the shit out of me are those that claim to take very little enjoyment in victories over Carlton and Collingwood
(Just being silly)Lol, Rosy. You just cant keep Rosy out of a conversation can you......(Just being silly)
Absolutely support the team, why else would I fly down for the opening game every year. Others do similar things and still enjoy the victories of which you speak, but still know in their heart of hearts that change to move upward is inevitable. The changes this year far outstrip the quality of previous years, and I don't say that in hindsight. Perhaps it is something to do with being too close to the problem to see the problem. Balme brings brilliant perspective.
But since part way through 2014 it was clear we needed a change of coach. It was not just me. Countless others could see it, which is why there was such a loud hue and cry when Dimma's contract was extended. I would suggest these steps forward are preparations for an eventual change of sorts. We shall see.
irony?there isn't?
