Yeah, a guy who wants a $20m contract getting told "No, you just stick to your $200k contract" would be totally happy to stay there.

No-one is saying he is getting chump change offers. The offers apparently are very different though. From what I have been reading the Victorian offers are in the $1.5m to $2.0m range, and the WCE demand is in the $2.0m to $2.5m range.

It likely also comes down to the number of years as well.

As for offers vs demands its basic English. Vic clubs are making offers to him. They cant demand anything. He is making demands of WCE or he will look to one of the Vic offers.
