One thing Harley's manager is probably contemplating is the fact West Coast are renowned for paying "Super" when a player is done and dusted. I'd imagine Harley can play out his career at a Victorian Club on good money but when he is no longer useful they will discard him like a used can of beans. West Coast will easy pay him 2 maybe 3 years after he is done and that has to be appealing.
