meh Fastnfurious was given plenty to do. Gallops out to last spotting the second fave 35m, circles the field with the second favourite rolling along in front making it harder again, battling fourth. What gets me though, this horse has blinding gate speed and not once has this prick even attempted to use it. Outdriven in my opinion.

Parsonemby in the next, looking to break even! :)

Fastest time of the night was R8.....1.57.9..thats how good this track is.
Same guys who are building Melton I believe?

Not much wrong with the inside IMO,R7 winner got the lane & Alzona got the cheat lane into 2nd place from 3 pegs in R8.

Wettest night Ive ever seen at the track but it was worth the long drive home.

seth

yeah im just so used of all the tracks screwin up at the inside after that rain...melton track will be good if its like that but i live near there and its cold 100 percent of the time...

haha me and my whole family call it the cheat lane
do u like them or dont u....ive been brought up calling it a cheat lane but i couldnt live without them wbu??

Parsonemby wins at 2.60! It's amazing what happens when you get a god driver on board. While Woodley is butchering Cumbria Warrior in the death, Suvaljko is smoking the pipe just behind them waiting to pounce... boom, over!

My pet hate in harness racing is bad drivers! Shane Graham, Shane Young and Peter Grieg head my list!

Do you boys have an opinion on Rohan Homes chances in the big one?

are u tryna tell me woodley cant drive???

rohan homes chances depend on gavin if he hands up on otaktay...he has lead or deathed most of his starts so he might not hand up...but even if he does go to the death maffioso will be around them early so he might push again for the lead or get the one one....he has too much class to rule him out even if he gets stuck in the death...i say he will be one one and go very close....but ill be on otaktay at the good odds

I really cant line the 3yo form up,apparently Magic Operative flies the gate,Otaktay will go forward & Rohan Home led easily last week but 4 is a different story.

I cant see any way Maffioso can find the front, even if Otaktay gets there surely RH wont let him past.

Maffioso has been so dominant but he's not the same horse from behind.
2 runs ago when Mr Anthony beat him he tried to pull up at the top of the straight & even last week he got away with murder in the middle (65.2)

There are some seriously nice horses who could shock here with a cosy trip.

Ok punters. On the back of the last successful tips, lets have another crack. Gonna be hard to match the last ones though.
Lets start with..

Geelong - Tuesday
Race 4 # 8 Just CallMe Cullen Bummer. Loomed up and had the leaders covered at the top of the straight. Then galloped. Would have cruised home. SP was $6.50

Mayborough - Wednesday
Race 5 # 6 The Negotiator

Kilmore - Thursday
Race 2 # 1 Kalahari Prince and #10 Tab One
Race 5 # 11 Eastwood Countess
Race 7 # 2 Three Docs Rocking

Good luck today DM.

Not a good start this time.:(

BL Just callme cullen has done this before unfortunately i fell for it as well.Has been trialing well. The stewards have put it on its last chance to race truly so dont sack it yet maybe a track such as Maryborough would suit

barney

Hey Barney,
will certainly follow it for a few weeks. Didnt know whether to laugh or cry when it galloped. That's trotting I suppose.
Interesting you had it as well. We must be on the same wave length:)

and yes, I'm considering coming to the other side.

Gold Coast - First at 5.35, early start!

R1 - Clear Sky Lady .... best horse here in my opinion but inside back row! Anther Lefty upon reflection i'm not so sure about, i don't like the times it ran last start, nor do i like the fact a horse like I Like to Dance got so close, hes drawn pefect to lead but i'd be mighty worried is CSL somehow got off the fence into a good spot.

R2 - Oliver Shannon... drawn to lead throughout, no excuses in the world from the pole. I also think Stars are Blue is a great lay on betfair for any foolish enough to back him!

Not to keen on the rest of the card! I have wrapped Viking Beachgirl before but i don't her like her times, she might win but i'll pass. More interested in Motu Fella and Well Caught Marsh to see what they can both do respectively.

Best bets

Both! :) ... Clear Sky Lady is the best horse in R1 and Oliver Shannon would be pretty darn dissapointing if he cant win from the pole!

Would have to agree on race 1. Another Lefty will nearly start fave and it wasn't a very impressive win last week. And as you say if Clear Sky can get of the pegs should be hard to beat.

lol trots, what a joke

Gold Coast summary

Race 1 - Another Lefty no gate speed out from gate 2 and i know why, cant finish off. Jim Osullivan to smart, works around to the death in a world record slow lead time, 34 then 32 first 2 splits, while Shane Graham the champ sits 3 wide and last in a sprint home and second he comes, gee what a suprise.

Race 2 - Unreal result. Oliver Shannon no gate speed from gate 1, right. Stars are Blue from gate 7 flies over, looking for the spot behind the leader and they jostle, boom Oliver Shannon gallops out to last and Stars are Blue from the outside gate gets the spot behind the leader. Funny part, Jay Belamy the f...head then starts a run 4 wide from last, first beaten.....

How the **** can you not hold your spot from barrier 1 behind the leader and let 2 horses cross from outside when your even money favourite!!

More i see half of these fwit drivers every day, the more i want to hurt them! Makes me look an idiot my above summary pre race but i was right, i can't control these drivers. :(

As a write this, protest 10th against first... I hope its not upheld so every punter on course can bash Bellamy as he leaves the course!

Moonee Valley - Friday
Race 1 Number 1 Shakleton (Awesome SS horse, runs a terrific last quarter, draws to sit behind leader, Rough Plaze)

Race 4 Number 1 Aleppo Ice (Sat outside Becada Star when beaten 3 meters, most likely sit behind him and can out sprint him)

Race 5 Number 1 Alberado (1 dimensional leader, over the mile, good thing)

Race 7 Number 1 Parasite (Will improve loads with this barrier, improving with every run, will be cheat laneing home)

Go with all the number 1's here haha.

Harold Park - Honda Grattan Sprint - Race 6 Number 4 - Mister Swinger
Best Of Good Things. (Just simple and plain - too good)

Recliffe - The Patrons Purse - Race 6 Number 6 - Be Diligent
Will Be Terrific Odds. (Will settle last and out stay them)

Gloucester Park
Race 7 Number 1 - Dartmoor (Serious FFA horse who has the draw and fitness first up)

Race 10 Number 12 - Franco The Man - (Off 20 and will lead, thats how good he goes from the stand, too good for this lot)

Off to the exiting crown series where I am very confident of a win.

Bendigo - Sunday
Race 3 Number 3 Magic Interest (ever improving, has the draw to lead or take the sit, runs a barnstorming last half)

Race 4 Number 5 Lord Of the Gym (should lead, will cover less ground then Bouchea, he will be good odds)

Race 5 Number 1 Just Glorious (will be great odds against our best trotters including Will Trapper, Sundons Gift and Viva La Fever, might take a sit, cheat lane looks good here)

Race 7 Number Franco Newsman Each Way Special (Improved more then any horse in this series pulling out some beautiful runs, from the draw, $18 fixed odds, good enough for me)

Race 8 Number 2 Muscle Beach (Amazing win last start and with the draw she looks a great chance)

Race 9 Number 4 Otaktay (Massive raps with a massive run last start if he leads he will win)

Race 10 Number 2 Albert Jaccka (Ran an almighty race in this race last year at 100-1 odds, hes improved, its near the same field and he has the draw, will be good odds)

Very confident on a win this week with the youngsters....plus a massive load up on Mister Swinger should set me up for the weekend.

The winner Mr Clancy is one to follow.

Kilmore - Thursday
Race 2 # 1 Kalahari Prince and #10 Tab One
Race 5 # 11 Eastwood Countess
Race 7 # 2 Three Docs Rocking

Good luck today DM.

3rd today. Better than last, yesterday.

Yes very ordinary by Jay Belamy. Did you hear what the race caller said after the race cheered me up a bit.

I take it you saw the race then, i'm still angry over that drive! From certain victory to last over nothing more then a brain fade, grr! I did miss what the caller said... Was it along the lines of a suspension? God i hope so!

I didn't see the race, just heard it, i now realise he did hold the leaders back (thought originally they were jostling for the leaders back) but tried to shove out into the death when there wasn't room, thats even worse!

Jay Bellamy is now my most hated driver!

"I don't know what Jay was thinking there. Thought he was Damien Oliver punching through for a gap. Remember Jay there are two wheels at the back."

Stars are blue was coming round from the 7. There was a little bit of room so Jay just wrenched him out. They jostled for a second then he galloped. Stars are blue gets the spot behind the leader shoots up the sprinty and wins by a sulky's length exactly what Oliver Shannon would of done. I feel your pain Danger.

^^ 4th and 2nd, they had every chance..

Penrith

R2 - Plain Georgie ... Prolly end up 3 back and at Penrith thats a bad spot, so need a price, it'll need miracles to find room!
R3 - Vikishalo .... Excellent run last start, trailed up 3 wide in a sprint home is a very strong field to be beaten 3m behind Franco Nester!

just having a quick look at bendigo and the big4 and fixed odds.
2yoF-Keppel Bay, Ay Tee Em and Twist and Shout look nice EW for me.
3yoF- Lizzie McGuire and Dazed And Confused look nice here.
2yoC&G-Ghadasbest, Franco Newsman and Smudge Bromac look nice EW.
3yoC&G-Im Mark Antony and Mickie Dilinger look nice EW.

Quick wrapup - Plain Georgie won at 5.50 (that paid really bad from the draw) while Vikishalo ran a weak fourth! Piss poor run in fact even though the winner Whata Sandy went like a gun tonight!

Oh and the tab.com.au website is getting worse. How much profit does the scab make each year and they cant even make there website run fast? Really annoying!

yeah i didnt no if it was my computer or not but the website is worse then ever, at times u couldnt bet at all during the afternoon so i had to back my winners over the phone lol

Didnt think there was much wrong with the old TAB website.

I dont use it at all now, just stick with Betfair.
If Im taking a quad you can access the TAB through Tote Tasmania on Betfair.

Watch these 2 races of Arkamigo vs Be Diligent

http://www.harness.org.au/video/qld/APM26040810.wmv

I actually researched Arkamigos entire career. It's heartwarming to know he can run really poorly even against questionable opposition but when he finds form, watch out! Arkamigo will beat him home, you just wait and see!

Always been a fan of Franco the Man. Never forgive Cortopassi though as he deliberately threw a race a year ago on this horse but hes a gun against low grade trash.
