the how is pretty simple. You need to be 100% committed to the program, discipline, meetings, gameplan, training and overall sport these days to make it. Plenty of highly rated kids fall away admitting that they just dont have what it takes to commit to the high intensity of training, personal development and 24/7 footballing life. Fischer McAsey was a recent example of this. Retired after a few lackluster seasons, after being a top 10 pick. Reckon the kid will give himself every chance to succeed, and fast track his development. Plus, will be learning off the very best when it comes to dedication to the craft... Pendles, N Daicos & Mitchell.
