I'm just basing that on reports that are out there
Allegedly we've promised him more midfield time as GWS had pigeon holed him into half back flank
I don't think that necessarily means there's no chance of him being used as a utility.
In the end it's a pointless argument based on nothing more than a comparison opinion. He'll play wherever he plays. We have a bunch of 30 plus year olds which we need to start looking to replace. Right now, I view him as taking over in that role when it all shakes out.
If that isn't the case, it really doesn't matter
Is he next gen WHE?
You mean a contract over 6 years ago when the salary cap was about 40-50% lower???So have basically given him same contract we gave Treloar eh sure hope they have their shit sorted unlike before
Exactly, people thinking he'll be a full-time mid are kidding themselves. He'll play midfield minutes and playing off the wing but we've brought him over to shore up our flimsy backline.I doubt we've promised him anything. Be rare that any club would make any promises of this nature. More likely he's been told we see him spending time in our midfield.

THey'll last until April at which point half the board will shift to don't play the Perryman jokes and the other half will abuse them for it. This thread is going to be a doozy.I’m so glad that the don’t pay the Perryman joke isn’t getting old

I don’t know neither the song nor Mr De BurghI don’t know the song, although I know Chris De Burgh, and as a result of this thread I’m making a point of never listening to it.
What a thing to wake up to on my first morning back at home. How good does he look in the black and white! I've gone to the liberty of adding a gold AFL emblem in preparation for our imminent 2025 AFL Premiership.

You and me both, dude.I don’t know the song, although I know Chris De Burgh, and as a result of this thread I’m making a point of never listening to it.
Taddie, what’s with the new avatar? What a thing to wake up to on my first morning back at home.![]()
Just like the thing in my avatar, I'm an acquired taste, and only good in small doses. A bit like Vegemite also in that way. It depends how much of a fan you are of pickles as to whether you'd like this sauce or not. It almost tastes like the pickles they put on Maccas burgers has been blended up in with the regular tomato ketchup recipe. I like it, but I wouldn't put it on too thickly, personally.Taddie, what’s with the new avatar?
Have you tried it?
Is it any good?

Now that I'd be a bit more liberal with splashing around.
