Yep , will also excel in finals footy , his skill set , hardness , football nous is Luke Ball : Tom Michell levels. Brilliant pick up , I know most of the spotlight has been on Houston , and rightfully so , but this Perryman is not to be taken lightly , rare gems are hard to find. He’s a gem .

Excellent debut. I think Pez, Naicos and DeGoey will become a really dynamic centre square combo once everyone is fit and they get some games under their belts together.

Attended 13 so not sure where it sits but Naicos attended 18, Pendles 20.

As you said, that needs to change next week. Allan only 6 which I think needs to go up as well if no Jordy.

Allan was the other one. But he needed more midfield time.

McCreery did alright at that. Stoppage wasn't much of an issue.

Solid debut and easily the top [emoji639] best players on the ground. Would love to see him spend more time in the midfield.

As others have mentioned, he’ll be better with more help around him.

Add more minutes to Allan, Crisp and obviously JDG.
Lesser time now for Pendles.
Break glass for Elliott, never like him in the middle as I feel he will break.

Yep, we stupidly swung Perryman into defence later in the game, which just robbed us of his ball-winning in the middle. It was one of several poor coaching moves on the day.

Having Pendles attend 20 CBA’s was an unmitigated disaster. The GWS mids took him on at every opportunity and just strolled away with ease. It was embarrassing. In what universe is having a slow 38 year old as your main midfielder a good idea? It was a shocker.

As others have said, why the hell wasn’t Crisp used in there? Why not send Elliott and even Schultz in there for bursts? Regardless, shifting Perryman out the middle was a howler from McRae and helped to seal our fate.
