Loving this kid work. Tough little bugger who loves laying a tackle, gets to the right spots and seems to have very sharp goal sense. He stays in regardless of who's coming back. Doing a hell of a lot more than McCreery
he's now best 22, not going anywhere

We might not be able to pick KPP, but we know how to pick small forwards

HH is one of the most exciting prospects on our list.

I think he’ll become an excellent centre square mid for us over coming seasons. Good on both sides, quick by foot and more importantly, quick mind and great peripheral vision. Likes the big stage, too.

A goal from 50m out, reading the play like he did and then Harvey things on top of it.

A true steal with Pick 52.
Late to the bandwagon, very well rounded player.

I guess he's still skinny but his pace, disposal (under pressure or out wide) and work off the ball are all top notch. He's done clearances, wing, hf and been very effective in all those roles.

Credit to Harvey, and to player development, they've delivered another finished product that slots right in to the machine.
He’s not skinny. Harvey is one bulky man. Not many players beat him on strength.

Plus he kicks goals and sometimes quite a few of them!

There are may words I'd use to describe HH, but skinny is not one of them.

Like another player who wore 36 and was drafted at pick 58.
If he turns out anything like as good we'll all be very happy.

What is really impressing me, and surprising me, is how well he is running out games. With his burst style of play, I keep on thinking that he will hit a cliff, apart from the elite 20 yr olds, they struggle to run out games and keep it going week after week. Well done HH, putting together a very impressive patch.

A nice article about HH from last week:

I would say that HH applies far more pressure than Ginnivan ever did.
They are different players. They also both have their quiet days. I don't want to rush in and compare them at this stage of their careers.

Harrison is a much better athlete for football. Faster, stronger, more agile. Seems to have his fair share of footy smarts too. Lots of scope for improvement

from a skinny kid at pick 52 and he is heading towards being a very good afl player. he's added some muscle in a few years.
His under 18 championships was really good but was playing midfield. I think it was his size that put recruiter's off. His ability was there for all to see. We took a punt that we could develop him physically and it paid off. Great pick up

He's done good work all over the ground too.
It suggests his endurance is pretty good - he could be a mid in a couple of years.

Looks like he lived in the gym throughout his early injuries. I remember walking to the AIA Centre in 2022 with he and Dean after a game (obviously, neither had been playing) - both were much smaller than they are now!

I don’t see HH and Ginnivan as being that similar.

To me, Richards might be vaguely a new Ginnivan although he pressures better and is faster, and HH is the new Bear in development.

I agree - their similarity ends at the position they are named in on the team sheet.

I'm actually MORE entertained by Harvs than I was with Ginni. Jack seemed a lot more about himself than the team

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

The Ginnipig show in 2022 was great viewing and almost a sideshow to the game itself at times.
I know some don't like personalities in footy but for mine it was a great bit of theatre.
