What attributes/skills is HH lacking compared to Sidey?
Your disposal analysis is unfair given the very different games played by each player at the same age.

Sidebottom regularly gets 30 touches, HH struggles to get half of that.

Getting the ball is a pretty important skill.

The best we can hope for is to compare them both at the end of their careers, let’s hope it close but HH has some ground to make up. He’s a promising talent but he’s no Sidebottom right now.

I don't understand the need to compare. Why can't they both be great players for the club. One nearing the end, the other at the beginning.

Thats what he said his goal is. He's always been mid ans forward in his junior career. Modeled his game off Danger. Wants to be that type of player.
He's strong and powerful, has pace. He's definitely more than a forward.

Huh? He was a very average field kick. Most skilful not even close.

James Hird was imo very overrated due to Essendon hype and Bruce Macavaneys love affair with him he was afls golden child back then.
