Has Ken lost the players?

I actually still think Ken is on the right track.

He could dictate to the players more and probably get a bit more success in the short term.

Instead he is giving the players more responsibility and letting them fail and letting them learn.

That is the only way to develop real on field leaders right throughout the team and long term success like Geelong, Hawthorn and Sydney

No...

But Ken for the first time in his career should be feeling the heat...

If he strolls around in preseason games next year like he did this year I will be starting to think he aint right for the club

Judgement reserved until round 1 2016. I will be fascinated to see Ken's response to this season. Does he treat the preseason with disdain again? Does he allow Burgo's mad body shrinking experiment to continue? Is there an emphasis on skills from day 1? Does he now deliver a message to players not willing to work for their teamates? Does he demand changes within the coaching team?

I for one am glad our season is over. We have been on life support for a month. At least now we will get to see what Ken really thinks through his words and actions. No doubt that this is his biggest test as a coach but I say he has what it takes. In Ken We Trust.

No, the players have been unable to play with high expectations, they are more comfortable being the under dog with no expectations.
