offering to buy my Bendigo bank shares for $10 when the market rate is $15.41

I note the address is Suite 9, 4 Park Street St Kilda Victoria, no phone or email.

How do find out ACN numbers
it has a ACN 125872924
I like to find out who is behind it so I can visit them them and angle grind their ears off or a least torch their homes.

I say its David Tweed again , hes been through the Bendigo bank share register looking for small uninformed country investors.

There should be legislation about copraphilliacs using share registers to spam investors. I dont know if its Tweed but I assume it is.
