1. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, because I genuinely thought you had an interest in ending the trolling/baiting in this particular thread. Turns out it was all just an exercise in oneupsmansip, because I'm 'oh so fragile' and need 'resilience training' - as you and your new little partner in crime in here have put it.
Did you ever think that the vast majority of people are just tired of it? You want to encourage Tigers supporters to go back at Cats supporters...and for what? To satisfy some moralizing tribalist point of view that you're better than us as supporters/as a club? Did you notice that since you stopped trolling, the thread has pretty much died - because it was basically a troll thread in the first place started by a a Cats supporter that never posts on our board, who I shut down in my first post on the thread? Not to mention calling out both Geelong and Richmond posters in my follow up post - rather than just singling out one or the other. If you're so learned, why don't you actually put that to good use and stop trying to take the piss out of everything/everyone. You say it's disappointing that genuine discussion gets derailed by parochial posts, but then you derail it with a parochial post - doesn't make much sense to me.
2. Calling me fragile, or anyone else for that matter, because they don't wish to tolerate another round of 'who is better, Geelong or Richmond', is a bit rich. Mate if you had any idea what I'd been through in the past year and what/who I've lost, I doubt you'd call me fragile. But, you don't know me, so you make your little pot shots from behind a screen, and you pat yourself on the back for a job well done - because we all just need to drink a glass of concrete, harden the f*ck up, and not be so 'fragile' - in your words.
Perhaps, just perhaps, I was trying for a situation where Geelong and Richmond supporters could actually reach an impasse with all this nonsense. Alas, you and your ilk are too far down the tribal path to respect anything I say, because of your blind disdain for my club or anyone like me that happens to support them. If that's the path you wish to continue down because you can't leave childish tribalism at the door, then fine. Let's all just keep trolling each other, and having a go at each other because of who we support - because that's been working oh so well on here these last few years hasn't it?
To BruceTempany14 who revived this whole thing when it was dead in the water, your new tagline of 'calling out Geelong supporters', really isn't helping your case in seeming objective at all. If you think it's an ill-thought post to tell someone to stop trolling on this particular board because of what happened on this board unprovoked - then perhaps you need to re-examine your perspective. Little wars on other boards should not find their way on to new ones, just because of some ill-thought out moral justification complex.
Also, if the main board is so bad for your mental health, maybe don't make it your personal mission to push back at a supporter base, and instead try to be objective and reasoned - no matter who someone supports. Do you think about what you're doing to me when you dig up sh*t for no reason at all? Maybe you should care about how you affect other people's mental health when you go at them unprovoked, rather than just caring about how others affect you? Maybe then the main board would be a better place for both of us - and others too.

I think you severely over-exaggerate how much Geelong care about Richmond in general. After you & Hawthorn enjoy your considerable stay down the bottom, if you ever played each other in a GF I’d be barracking for you guys no doubt..Geelong supporters really care about this too, but if you read their posts on this site you would know they don’t care at all about the 3-0 finals wins we had over them since.
Anything other than top 1 is a failure obviously. Fold us, disgraceful
