Does anyone know if they have buried the power cable yet under the centre of Kardinia Park?

After 1937 we buried a dead magpie
In 1951 a toy Bomber
In 1952 another dead magpie
In 1963 a huge pile of dung sprinkled with urine, when we beat Hawthorn (actually this last one I made up, not sure if they continued the tradition that time)

I think it is a good tradition that we should continue. Would be good if they could get a photo of the players burying the power cable. :D

Yeh in '63 they did bury a Hawk. I don't know about the tradition though i don't think its sportsmanlike or becoming of the club and don't think it would really reflect the attitudes of the current champions. Anyway we already buried the power at the G!

I think there is nothing wrong with it. I'm sure they will do it.

It's all in good fun.
