I think this just about registers on the A.B.L.E.T.T. criminality scale: A -(Assault), B – (Breach of Duty), L – (Larceny), E – (Extortion) T – (Trafficking), T – (Trespass)

It definitely falls under (A) assault. Wouldn't be surprised if (L) larceny and (T) trafficking come into play, or are associated with this somehow.
