While we have had a rolling Father Son thread on the board, we've not done a very good job of cataloguing just who is available as a Father Son pick up (if they're good enough) in any given year, and so this thread will aim to give a quick overview of all the future possible father/sons.

Obviously as we get more names, we can add them to the below.
So if you know of any that need to be added, and the year they will be eligible please post and we can add them to the list.

There are plenty of unknown sons of David Hale, Luke McCabe, Mark Williams, Rick Ladson, Richie Vandenberg etc... If they’ve played 100 games for the HFC and they have a son we want to know their name.

Nate Dear a very talented junior got his older brother Harry (who didn’t make the cut at the crows) covered
The last I heard he was not that enamored with footy.

Luke Hodge's eldest is more into basketball, so far. Bigger worry is them settling in Brisbane for good and any Hodge F/S going into the Lions academy. Yikes.

Jordan and Lucy Lewis have twin boys about 2 or 3 years younger than Fred.

Bumps"N"Grins suggested that he was in the Bendigo Pioneers squad at the start of the year, but not a stand out at all.
Now to be fair on him I was probably a little blunt on my assessment of Louis.

Pro's
Good endurance, Okay speed, see Isaac Smith type.
Some X factor with regard to marking one on one.
Will take chances around goal.
Has courage but not hard.

Con's
Medium height at a guess 186cm, Weight 65-70 kg
Uses his endurance to burn opponents not to find the ball
Kick lacks penetration, right side dominate, think Buddy with his left.
Doesn't like contact and can get corralled say like Hartung when confronted head on.
Grew up a North Melbourne supporter.

Note that Paul Chapman has moved to Kyneton, Louis's club to coach the seniors so no doubt would be a good asset to Louis.

Saw Nathan and his kids at a Hawks v Cats game a few years ago and they were all in Hawks gear.
Does he get picked up late or as a rookie?

Rookie at best.

Know Hawthorn we will take talent over sentiment. On that basis will have to rise a little. Will probably make 24 man squad next season and would have to go from role player to a key player so a few in front of him at the moment.
