weak and insipid. He needs a weak of Rugby training to harden him up.

Body language terrible from the whole team. When we needed leaders they disappeared again.

Schoey Poppy and Hill were having a red hot crack and playing with some passion. Lewis was floating around but when selwood and chapman rolled the sleeves up why didnt Lewis or Sewell get involved and do something as our leaders.

Roughead reminds me of Nathan Thompson in his final few years at Hawthorn. His whole demanour is terrible and he needs a rocket. For a bloke earning 500k a year his output at times is disgusting.

Buddy huffing and puffing with his hands on his hips all the time. Keep him out of Eve nightclub Hawthorn....

Memo to Sewell Shiels etc who have poor foot skills. Keep the fk out of the forward 50 and stop clogging it up when you are only at best 30% chance of kicking a goal if you get it anyway. arrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm astounded!! Really?? Are the Hawks really sick of losing to the Cats or is this just more journalistic headline making crap?? I'm calling bullshit... from the looks of things, the team really enjoys losing to the Cats. They certainly seem to go out of their way to accommodate such results.

Seriously though, wtf? It sounds like a journo went up to Sam Mitchell straight after the game and seriously asked if the team was sick of losing to Geelong. Mitch obviously stayed composed and gave the 'company line' response, but I'm betting he would have flashed the reporter a vicious stare for a split second. Talk about galactically stupid journalism... what was his follow up question? Are you looking forward to requiring a major knee reconstruction any time in the near future?

Wow, talk about building up an impressive journalistic resume to submit to the HUN. Three words - Chief Football Writer. Book mark it for 2015!!

In other breaking news:

"Hawthorn players want to win the Grand Final"

And in case you missed it earlier:

"Geelong believes it has a mental edge over Hawthorn"

You forgot "Buddy wants $1m+ but is not prepared to work for it"

and

"Clarkson: We were not hard enough for long enough, we will keep working on it and eventually get a win"

wtf is going on here? if that what he said than i am ropable, he of all people should be completely over this joke that's called guess who cant beat geelong, very concerning that the captain seems to be going down clarko's path of turning a blind eye to the facts. I would of rang up the station and asked to speak to hodgey and told him the fans have had enough of the excuses and the complimenting of geelong, wheres the mongrel, the hunger, the will to beat them?, i rekon he wouldnt know how to answer it, says it all really.

Thats the thing Raff, they dont give a sh.t. Its easy money for them. Have a look at Sewell's presser, smiling, there is no issues at the club, blah blah bullsh.t blah. Give us a break..

The club is riddled with one line excuses!!

I can guarantee 1 thing though. If and its a big if at the moment, the club does get to the "pointy" end we will run out of legs just like 2012. Why? Because we f..k up the start of the season, use up all our petrol tix to get to the end and then run out at the last hurdle.

Just to play Devil's advocate (and the 'what if' game), but say Breust slots that late one (which any professional footballer should be doing) and we get the next clearance and kick the go-ahead goal ... would the vitriol still be heard from supporters and former club presidents, or would we be singing "Ding dong the witch is dead" and dancing a jig? I'm just always fascinated by how a couple of events going differently, in a long series of events, can change the story, and the response. If the scenario I described occurred, probably no-one is calling for Clarko's head and most supporters are saying "sure we let the lead slip, but it was a great fight back" ... even though everything else about the game remained the same.

Having said that, almost the entire 2nd half was insipid and took me back to the dark days of the mid-90s thru mid-2000s.

Yep... Same old Same old from the piss-weak spineless HAWKS! I see now Sewell has come out & said that Geelong only won because they happened to have momentum at the right time..YEAH Right Sewell 10 times in a row hey... Get real for **** sake..What do you take us for mate..This team is pathetic.. GEEEEEEEZ. They will never learn. This is a club in fundamental denial...Simple as that. We are the new Hand-bag pussies- Geelongs handbag pussies. Hodge needs to get off the piss, get some true discipline & get his body right for a change. How is this bloke still Captain when he is never on the field????? Done absolutely nuthin since the 08 Grand Final & is still livin off the exhaust fumes of that game. Legend my arse. He has had 3 decent seasons in all his time at this club. This apologetic, aperpleptic attitude reeks of a club that has no idea & is in fundamental denial. Even blind freddie can see-through your rhetoric now HAWKS. Give it the **** up. Grow a spine, get some balls and start taking these CATS HEAD-ON! This weak-kneed pussied keepings off shit is pathetc. THe whole team wilts like a deck of cards! WE have had enuf off your bull-shit excuses or praising Geelong. No more talk... Shut the **** up & let your footy on the field against Geelong do the talking. Until we beat Geelong we do not deserve to win a Flag, simple as that. Oh and dont get me started on Clarko...........!!!!!!!!!!!!

In all ten straight losses there was plenty of what ifs..
What if we just want it more than they do!!!

Hey, guess what Hawthorn , the members and supporters aren't exactly thrilled either.
I wonder sometimes just how much the club really cares what we think. We try to support them through thick and thin, but they make it very hard at times and especially when they dished up what they did yet again against Geelong. So they are sick of losing to Geelong, well boys so the f**k are we... Do you hear us, so are we!!
