Well it was a good game until the umps flexed their muscles
It was one call which technically isn’t wrong, bad rule, bad umpiring not sure. It isn’t making any difference tho. 50 point game in the end, Hawthorn dominant for most of it and the umpiring was generally mediocre anyway. All this chatter is laughable.that piss weak 50 changed the match

All he has to do was move to where the mark was. Thats what “stand” means.Ugle-Hagan was 3 metres over the mark. Should have been 50 immediately

It doesn’t mean freeze where you are and don’t move. It means stand on the mark. He froze where he was, nowhere near the mark.
The rule is shit, I hate it, and I hate the punishment. But like it, or not - that’s a 50 meter penalty.
It's a Hawthorn vs Sydney Grand final this year
Not even close at all. Two best teams and everyone playing for second
No.This the same hawthorn that would have lost to Port had Georgiades kicked straight with 30 seconds to go yeah?
Standard match day thread. Team that wins by 50 only win because of a single 50 m penalty. Team that lost would have won but for umpires even though they easily won free kick count.lol yeah let’s ignore all the other horsesh*t that mysteriously went the AFL pet project’s way.

Gold Coast hardly win away and neither do Hawthorn. Since it's at Hawthorn's cheat home ground, they win.

Happy with the comeback and intent.
But #freekickhawks will win at end of the day
Not even close is a stretch after 6 rounds. If Freo win tonight there will be a Freo shaped elephant in 2nd spot. I'd like to play some decent opposition to get a better idea, apart from an away R1 loss away to Geelong there's nothing to test against. Even Hawks had a loss to GWS first up. Freo hasn't slipped up against anyone outside the 8.It's a Hawthorn vs Sydney Grand final this year

It is always the Hawks that are on the good end of the controversial rubbish calls.
Nothing will ever change
You only get one chance to work back a deficit against a decent team and the umpires choked it and the game
