Would rather see Suckling personally as it frees him up a little. Litherland reads the game exceptionally well and seems to mop up a lot of balls in defence. Reckon he's a more natural backman than Suckers

Bloody hope Hill can get up but have my doubts. Langford would have to a be a strong chance and Simpkin may also be under consideration as he has some pace.

From what I could see on Friday night Cegs copped some pretty big hits from Goldstein and didnt have the best game
I would be inclined to bring both BB and Lowden in and try that pairing this week

God help us....The Doc would get lost...

Duryea has his deficiencies but has held his own defensively. Eddie Betts is a one trick pony (unless you count getting cheap goals out the back as a trick) and has never had any impact against us.

Litherland is the other option and will probably get the job. My reason for having Doc on Betts would be to allow Litherland to play up the ground.

Apparently Doc is likely to be out for the Crows, battling both shoulder soreness and straining his AC joint. So might clear the way for quite a few changes.

You are spot on..I wasn't trolling. Some of you are delusional thinking you are gona win the flag from outside the 4. The thing is I give Hawks a big chance IF they can make the 4...by then u guys will be at full strength and can knock anybody off anywhere. Unfortuantely i cant see u getting into the 4 without rioli, hill, gibson, lake, sewell, stratton etc and sydney, freo, cats all have the easiest draws. I dont understand it considering they were top 4 sides last year, yet hawks get r*ped.

Worst news this week has been ongoing knee problems with hill. Keeping fingers crossed

Honestly guys, do we still think betts is a downhill skier ? I would have thought with ratts on board we could have snared him. Would be handy now

Sewell replaced by Langers. Lose a bit at the clearances gain a bit on the run and spread. Dunno what Langers needed to work on, he seemed to be carrying the ball longer V the drug cheats last week.

Lake will probably spend his time off in Boston, Schoe to go down back. They have four talls in their forwardline, cannot see why we would play Cheney and Brand is not ready.

Hill comes back in for Ross but that is not really a change, more a reinstatement.

I think they will stick with Doc, would like to see how Wang have a crack or even play Ross as a defender rather than a winger.

McEvoy should play. His best is better than the others' best; time to shine.

He's not a downhill skier but being a small forward who can't play midfield it's nearly impossible for him to affect a game if it's going poorly. Good player, show pony and half as good as he thinks, but good player.

Reported on radio news report today that all 4 guys under injury clouds from last week will probably play - definitely Danger and Talia, Thommo and Truck less definite but should be ok.

I don't know about you guys, but it seems like everyone has written us off, and I love it. About time all the talk of hawthorn has gone away and its all Swans this Port that.... blah blah blah. I really hope that we fire up on Friday night and remind everyone why we are the raining champs, even with all our troubles throughout the year were still sitting 2nd.... We have a week off, get Gibbo back and then were set for a biig one against the $$$.
