The Golden Ticket - MCG and Marvel Medallion Club tickets and Corporate Box tickets at the Gabba, MCG and Marvel.
Was pleasantly surprised to read that earlier today - our 4 MCG away games all includedWas preparing for one of the Marvel away games to sneak in there in place of one of them instead.
Anyone happen to know how the replacement game reserved seating membership add-on works by the way? Not something I've ever really considered and usually have no issues rocking up with my old man on the day to sit in wherever the designated area is, but am interested to know what 'quality/section' the reserved seats are - are they simply a randomly allocated seat within the 'designated replacement seating' area? Or something else?
Might be something I look at for the both of us in the coming years if it looks like providing value.
Yeah nothing many of the tickets have been released only round 0 and gather roundDoes anyone know when Ticketek makes available member seating for the replacements games?
Our website says ‘go to Ticketek’ but the games aren’t up yet, it would seem.

Tickets for repalcement games will go on sale in mid-Feb …
Its another teams home game. What’s a repalcement game?
Get them as part of most of our memberships due to having home games in Tassie. So it gives members access to games in Melbourne that aren't officially our home games as a replacement for the Tassie ones. What’s a repalcement game?
Appreciate this response again TFP. Ended up purchasing the add-on for the old man and myself on the Friday so went through the process today of getting seats online for the away matches. (took a bit of time on the phone to the club as the original membership barcodes had been cancelled with the upgrade causing a reissue of new numbers, albeit not yet arrived (expected) so a bit of panic ensured at midday! They usually are dedicated seats and u get to book them online when they get released. Like finals its first come first served. They cost u nothing when u reserve them.
Ticket day for those who observe:
ticketek for the 4 replacement games at the G
ticketmaster for the marvel game vs the Eagles

I like the few allocated bays on the wing for three of them, albeit top level, but at the front, and the behind the goals front level against the Dees is fine also, but may end up trying to sneak further around if lots of GA seating remains on the day.
All sorted after a bit of ‘fuss’ Ticketek and club helpful.Having to contact Ticketek accessibility department directly* to get accessible (wheelchair) seats for replacement games is not ideal.
Not sure how long I'll have to wait here.
*No accessible option from the Hawthorn e-mail link.
I believe you have to pay for a guest pass for Dunstall Club. Also includes general admission access to replacement games with a home membership. Can I bring a guest along for free to a replacement game with Dunstall Club?
Do I need to go with the Home and Away tier to get access to member replacement games?
Apologies for the questions - haven’t been a member since I was a kid.
I wouldn't worry, for most games, they release tickets in bays, and once something is sold or close to, they open up additional areas. There are exceptions to this such as that Richmond game last year and even collingwood I believe in which they did just sell out really quickJust went to get tickets to Hawks v Cats Game and the usual Ponsford stand second level completely sold out, not even a solitary one. Very strange, always scored a seat. Is there something going on that I don't know about? If it is legitimately sold out then happy days and will look else where but a week after release and not a one!!??
Flummoxed I must say.
Thanks OhhhhCyril much appreciated, tricky buggers.I wouldn't worry, for most games, they release tickets in bays, and once something is sold or close to, they open up additional areas. You cantNot sure if this is the right thread for this, but has anyone had any luck with reigniting their member loyalty streak (i.e number of years as a member) after a hiatus?
It’s been some time since I was a club member, particularly ever since I got the call up for MCC membership. I’m tempted to sign up to the MCC hawks membership, but it would be nice if I could pick up where I left off (20+ year hawthorn member). I’ll probably give the club a call about this, but no doubt it’s something that’s popped up before.
