Who should Captain the Hawks in 2020?

My thoughts are:

1: their place in the team must be beyond question
2: when the team needs a lift, the captain provides motivation.
3: when a player feels down (on or off the field), the Captain picks them up.

Stratton. People I feel wrongly right Stratton off. He's who the players wanted as captain and I'd back in the players that have played with him for years.

It could change but I don't see it changing.

optics, history, what ever the rationale it would be plain wrong (IMO) to remove Stratts as the Captain. One year to learn the role and likely many to hone your skill and attributes for the role.

I would be disappointed if Stratts were not given the opportunity to build on his first 12 months in what is a demanding role.

Stratton will captain the club for the 2020 year guarantee it. After Stratts though it should be Gunston/Titch
