I already knew Day was a pretty quick and smooth mover but that footage (I think it was #8 in the Instagram vid in that article) of him bursting through traffic and then maintaining the gap on a chasing CJ really shows how fast he is.

Big year for him incoming. If he does play more forward time then he’s going to be a headache for the opposition.

He's really filled out now, he's got big quads and a solid upper body. He'll be unstoppable so long as Nuke doesn't collide with him this year.

Nothing wrong with celebrating a goal or a win. My only issues with some of our players behaviour last season was early in the year there were multiple instances of us winning a free kick or mark in forward 50 and gloating/roughing up opponents before the kick was taken. Kick the goal first, then rub it in to the guy who got caught HTB. You look ridiculous sledging then shanking, and it opens up the chance of a free kick reversal.

One of the best nights at the footy I've ever had honestly. I post about it all the time but there was 60k plus Hawks fans there, it was ****ing nuts.
