But he really is.
I hope not. Hasn't done anything good since Fight Club.
Bull ******* shit.
For example?
12 Monkeys was before Fight Club BTW.
Inglourious Basterds,
Jesse James, Babel, Burn After Reading, Snatch, Boomhaurers brother in King of the Hill, he was fairly good in World War Z and 12 Years a Slave
and I enjoyed Benjamin Button.
Fair call
Yuck
De-friended.![]()
Did you watch all of them?
Except 12 years a slave.
You don't think he was any good in them? I'm not talking about the overall movie I'm talking about his performance.
Burn After Reading maybe, but he's just the same guy in every part he plays.
Yeah the normal zombie fighting outlaw who reverses in age and then boxes.
Exactly. He's the same b-grade wannabe tough guy regardless of the character he plays.
That would be a cool character.
Poochy?
Money Ball?For example?
12 Monkeys was before Fight Club BTW.
Money Ball?
Woah, that couldn't be further from the reality. I'm struggling to think when he's ever played a "tough guy". Troy I guess...Exactly. He's the same b-grade wannabe tough guy regardless of the character he plays.

Brad Pitt's best is exceptional. He is a character actor in a leading man's body. He's delivered quirky, humourous performances (True Romance, Burn After Reading, 12 Monkeys) right through to the intensity of Seven. He obviously does the charasmatic good-looking guy role well (Fight Club, Oceans films, Thelma and Louise etc), which can't be a knock on his ability. His work on Moneyball was understated and hugely effective, and in The Assassination of Jesse James he has some moments which are as good as any acting you will see. To top it all off, his The Tree of Life performance is astounding.
So I'm obviously on board for Pitt potentially getting a role. Just goes to show you what an amazing rise to credibility McConaughey has had in the past few years, when Brad Pitt isn't seen whether to succeed him.
