As a management man, please explain our game plan (all of it) coaching philosophy. player development strategy and recruitment management and planning. No bullshit, do it.

I'd have played our small forwards in the midfield,
Sent our CHF down back at the first sign of a football on the field.
Refuse to find a ruckman.
Play one of our so called gun mids as a forward
Play the other other of our so called gun mids off halfback.
I'd also instruct them to go long and down the line to our non existent ruckman.

Yes. Our last two finals exits were shameful. The 2016 GF still rankles. We played unfit players plus Rohan Tippett. Don't care we copped shocking umpiring or the injuries to Buddy and Hanners. At least most of the team offered a contest.

The real question is what size and what material will his statue outside the SCG be?

Personally I hope the pose they use is him moving Reid's magnet to to CHB.

Don't have any issue with that RUNVS, regardless of whichever way the club heads, they need to stand behind him publicly
