Little awkward I’m not sure which middle portion you’re referring too so I liked all of your posts in this thread

Tops thread Headless

Fun to recall the golden Mang and TIF period.

You mentioned Mang's Choose your own Adventure match thread OP's. IMLTHO they collectively remain the finest piece of work I have read here (and of course there have been umpteen others).

I can remember reading all 6 OPs several times. I chortled a lot. I reckon everyone was just as blown away.

I think I have previously suggested the need for the work to not be lost into the ether. Something like a Certified Legendary Thread that preserves classic OPs would be a great initiative. Maybe our new Admin may consider?

I like this idea, Horace.

I always get the feeling that beez winners print themselves a fancy winners certificate or engrave themselves a trophy to put in the pool room.
Maybe the bedroom...

I commissioned a self-portrait to hang up at Gumby HQ
Did you commission yourself, mate?

Or did you commission the hanging processing?

Yeah I commissioned myself. I once tried to commission a hanging and it turned ugly. GWS Goose barely survived. omgfridge and Party Gull completely misunderstood the instructions.
I can see the likeness and I think it captured your personality spot on

Except mine is Gumbeez

(Imagine this with the Gumby blues. Not in a position to do this myself at the moment)

Speaking of the Beez, this is very likely to generate a few votes.

Looks like a terrific piece
The "looks like" really gives the impression you've not read it, mate. I trust that's not the case?
