32 touches and 4 goals 5 points in his WAFL appearance. Enough to probably get him back in the team next week. Will replace Dunn. Hopefully not too many more changes.

Well considering Dunn barely stepped onto the field today. It can't hurt. I can't think of a better replacement. Depends on who performs in the WAFL i guess.

Yeah he was good but it was a soft game and it didn't look like he had an opponent for the game.

I'd leave him there another week

Lord Byron is carrying an injury. Needs more time at wafl for fitness.

Also Gero went off late with a reported hammy. Murphy should replace him at FF. The lions will not be a push over.

Yeah interesting selection problem for next weekend.

Imagine when all these players are fit, firing and pushing for selection.

M.Carr
Walker
Haddrill
Schammer
Headland
Hayden

Not to mention Siegert, Webster and Smith. Though i don't think they are in our best 22 anymore.

You can also add woods i guess. Although his form hasnt been great and i aint a fan of his, soft as butter, but he pushes for selection. Would be trade bait i reckon.

I would give Des another week in the WAFL, Perth put up no fight today. 1 week doesnt make everything ok.
CC will no doubt bring him back though.

Walker and Carr are still a month away, i think they would be aiming for the game back after the break. Hayden is sadely still a long way off a return i think. Schammer needs more time in the WAFL.

I would blood another youngster, or two.
I have been very impressed with Mundy :)

When did McPharlin become Gero. Or is it something obvious I'm missing.

Headlands run was great yesterday, I'd much rather see a fit and focused Dessie in the side than Macca. Macca had everyone in my lounge room covering their eyes, waiting for him to give off an assist to Geelong yesterday.

Then there's Daniel Haines, who should be match fit come round 18. I'm sure CC has given him the same type of goal to shoot for as he did Webster last year coming back from injury. He has limited time to have a crack at it and earn another contract extension. Every game must count and it's these types of desperate players you would look at bringing into the team later in the year. I'd pick Daniel ahead of Webster and Siegert, Smith plays a different role and can't be compared.

If Headland gets back in and he probably will, it seems to me that it's time for Medhurst to get the same treatment and get a long overdue trip back to the WAFL!

For those of us who were fortunate enough to see Gerovich play know that McPharlin wouldn't be good enough to even carry his bag.

Great thinking Yakuza! Let's just ignore the 9 goals he kicked against the Lions at Subiaco last year and the fact that he plays his best football at Subiaco and drop the lad! It makes perfect sense!

All sarcasm aside, I think you're right, but not this week!

Yak for once I have to agree with you on something.Wonders will never cease.
Gero used to take maybe five or six hangs a week better than the mark of the year that Luke took a few weeks ago. Then just for good measure take another few the eqal of them all over again. Then just for good measure he would slot a few torries in from about 60/70yards out. That would taker Luke maybe two or three kicks. As you said Yak not in the class to carry the Great mans bag.
Also as an aside did you see where they are going to make a sculpture of Geros great mark and place it out the fron of Freo oval.True story.

We tried to trade Woods at the end of last season without much interest. Will probably be de-listed at seasons end. A real waste of talent over the last 2 years.

Probably best to put him back in the Docker's side...Subi have the bye this coming weekend.

He'll be in. Bet your house on it.

his old team. You coulnt get a better incentive to play well.

If he is under 150% of previous performances. Goodbye Des we'll turn the lights out.

Headland needs to go back to the WAFL for a solid 3-4 weeks, and they need to transfer him to someone like Perth. It is useless playing him for Subi.. the guy looks a million bucks when his team is 100 points up, and ********house otherwise. He needs a serious spell.

Headland didn't play against Brisbane, so where is this abuse coming from? We could have done with his pace last night!

Well Headland is Websters twin, most in the ground thought webster was headland. But they did go through the teams and changes on the big screen
