Anyone got any remedies for DOMS?
Getting back in the gym after 18/24 months off and this week has been hell with muscle soreness. Only eased into it the last two weeks but the soreness has been nothing like I’ve experienced in my life.
Been ticking off all that stuff plus mobility work (stretching/activation) first thing in the morning and 5 days on from doing chest/back I’m still in all sorts. Not looking forward to training legsSleep, lots of protein, light walking/exercise. That's all you can do really.

Good call. Stretching is awesome before you get sore but seems to make things worse after you get sore.Maybe give the stretching a rest? I found I was only making things worse that way.
