They won't play him. Super-CC is all for "letting them develop" now that we have this "depth". He played Polak and Schammer early (first round IIRC), but since then draftees have all served a long appreticeship in the WAFL. Can't see Mini-CC getting a run before the mid-year break at the earliest.

Hopefully he doesn't play after the split round, because if he does it probably means that we have more players missing than we do now, or we are playing the kids because we have missed the eight. That's why I'd like Dunn to play in the derby, because hopefully in 3 weeks we won't have room to experiment.
Simple, losing Hewitt, Webb, Bourke,Clucas, Adams, Jetta and Jones has pretty much gutted the side this year

I just think it's crap that there's players playing well in the WAFL, while there's players playing absolutely shocking football in the main squad playing week in, week out. This is exactly what happened with Gilmore (pretty sure it was) last season. He had something like an average of 34 possessions over a few weeks and was overlooked, while injured players were played.
It just doesn't make sense.

I'd rather have Hasleby in the side with one leg and wearing a blindfold than play Gilmore.

Can Dunn go forward and crumb successfully??
I have seen little of him.
We badly need a genuine, not a fill in, crumbing forward. Front and centre of Pav, 211 and Taz.
Is Thornton playing for South Fremantle yet?
Geez, you'd hope for a better return from him out of a 20 goal day, surely.I'm not necessarily advocating that he should play, just saying that given CC's history with managing the young guys, that he most likely won't.
Any news what the report was for?
Dunny kept Jeffrey very quiet in the intra-club IIRC. I think he's best suited in the back half or as an in and under mid. Problem is Hase and Josh can win the hard ball - it's when it comes out that we have problems.![]()
Although he did take a couple of great grabs in the derby and kicked a couple of goals. And racked up the possies again on Saturday. he could have had 4 goals (instead of none) if he kicked straight.
