Advertiser also has him at 190cm. You would think during the interview they would have ASKED him how tall he was, to make sure it was accurate ...
This is one of my pet peeves

You would think clubs could get height and weights correct.

I still do not know Watts height and weight - some say 195, some say 195, some say 193cm.

FFS who do you believe!

His height measurement from last years draft camp is 196.6 cm and 86.3 kg

God... he is 192cm. He got measured at the draft camp. He was measured at 190cm at the start of the year!

Grundy is a great player. I for one would be stoked if he ended up with us, not through pick 8 as that will be Wood/Monfries (and if not 1 of them then even better cos it means that they both went high and an absolute gun or "standout" as they say the top 6 are will have slid to us). However, pick 24 would be a steal for him.

Would have to be a strong pre season bet now. Cant believe he didnt get picked up. I cant see what is not to like about him. Great at either end of the ground and likes to get the ball. Hopefully hte Power can pull another Surjan and pick him in the PSD.

The fact that there are still some good interstate youngsters undrafted (Kirkby, Jackson), along with the presence of the Caracellas and McKies, etc, means if the Crows want Grundy in the pre-season draft they should have the option at pick 5

The opportunity to pickup Grundy was there yesterday. Will we pick him up in the PS draft - not likely.

Would we Rookie draft him - possibility. Midfielders are the priority though.

For pre-season i think we should take bain or jackson- both midfielders. I'd also have a look at Kirkby. Ben sharp was a another to be overlooked. I'd rookie list a few of them. I think we didn't draft eckers or pearce because of their size. They bothHave great pace and skill but physically i think we thought they'd strugle in AFL.

Certainly Jackson wold be the one I would look at.
Had am injury interupted season which may have put recruiters off same as happened with billy Morrison last draft.

Good player though.

Thought I'd bring this one back up considering Grunday made his debut for the Swans tonight and kicked 3 goals, not to mention pulling down 7 marks.
A good start for him. I'd never seen him before tonight but he had pretty strong hands and a fair build too.

Not really if you look that this thread is 2 years old meaning he's spent over a year on the list.

Oh yeah was too. Thought it was just a year old.

"Reg" spent the whole of last year on the Swans' rookie list but was elevated to the senior list at the end of the year. Has been playing consistently well in the reserves.

Pretty impressive debut from the kid last night.
