Nathan Alford taken to hospital due to a tackle and hit his head. He was fine though he drove home from Heathcote. Cheese doesnt play at Nth.....

3 out of four cheese, didn't quite get the Nth margin right.
Don't get me wrong Trev Douglas has been a fantastic ruckmen in this league for a long time but I think Gitscham proved again today, especially in the centre square, why he was the inter-league ruckmen.
Nth got out of jail with three seconds left.

Think he might have sold Heathcote a bit short too ABC. Two out of four in regards to margins...

Popped over to Heathcote to have a look at the so called game of the round and I was disappointed.
White Hills moved the ball well in part but couldn’t kick a goal to save themselves. Heathcote dominated the hard stuff and kicked goals easily.
Apparently White Hills are injury depleted, but on that form they won’t challenge for a top 3 spot. They desperately need some game breakers and some bigger bodies.
The Saints on the other hand are genuine, White Hills ran at them and they responded with an onslaught of goals. 2011 might just be the year of the Saints again.

OMG. Has anybody seen the Bendigo Bombers play this year? I went and watched the last half Saturday and it was disgraceful. It was as if Williamstown were training and Bendigo were just out there plugging holes!!!

Good article on Mellington in this mornings paper. Looks nothing like he did when he was at Fitzroy. I disagree on the league medal prediction though. Aaron Craig would be up there at this stage too and it will be interesting to see how it pans out
