Great work MD. Can't wait for HP to explain Lethal's poor form
I'm sure their will be some excuse that will go around in circles.

PS: I'm pretty sure that you supplied the data, I merely copy and pasted from a post of yours in another thread.;)

Franklin was goaless in the 09 finals series.

Check out these classic finals performances.

lol, was that a premiership year?
3 games and didn't do shit.
Bigger passenger than Mooney at Norf...

LOL so many bites... congratulations guys... doing the bay proud.

You started with shit, got torn apart and resorted to childish name calling... at the hands of a Collingflog no less

No point back pedaling now. Very few supporters from Grand Finalists can be successfully baited in the week before the game. You proved that even those that should be impervious to trolling, can still light the Bay up with their tears

I heard that if you bottle a Richmond supporters tears in an airtight container, it can last over 32 years...

Maybe so, though judging by this thread there'd be no need to bottle your tears as it wouldn't be long before you produced some more.

nice AVatar upgrade Fyfie....hasnt gone unnoticed

Oogac's work. ;)

Explain then why you guys cheered for Hodge after he knifed him...

Nobody knifed him.

Mitchell was about to start a young family with his hot wife, and he felt Hodge would be the better captain, so he handed it over. He didn't want to hang onto it till he retired like Ling.

Very selfless, team first decision by Mitch.

He didn't want to hang onto it till he retired like Ling.

What's your point here?

Ling captained the side for 2 years and retired a premiership captain.

He should've given it to Selwood earlier.

I mean, look how bad things went in his first season as skipper.
Not too bad, they managed to beat the Hawks twice, the Swans once and finish in the finals.

All this during a rebuilding period, with Varcoe, Vardy and Menzel (arguably the 3 biggest young talents in the league) all absent for the season.

Why should he have given it to Selwood earlier? I mean Ling was captain for 2 years and led the side to a premiership.

Did you expect Ling to hand the reigns over after 1 season, when him staying on was justified.

You're not making much sense.

I guess the club shafting Mitchell for an overrated plodder (Mitchell premiership captain and all) will come back to bite you on the ass.

Yes Mitchell was forced to hand over the captaincy. As much as you use the family excuse, Mitchell got shafted due to the Hawthorn supporter bases uproar after mediocrity following a flag.

Dog eat dog world hey. Enjoy your choke.:thumbsu:

LAwl. He got pushed, the players weren't happy with that mincing queen 'family man' in charge and you know it. Elton John married a woman once.

Brownlow Voting:

Joel Duckwood 14 Votes

Sam Mitchell 26 Votes

Mitchell > Daylight > Duckwood.

Hawthorn also in a grand final appearance and Geelong on holidays.

All is right in the world again.

Flogs.

Mitchell almost got as many votes as his age (wow he is about to be 30)
Selwood didn't do to bad for a 24yo with his best years ahead

Luke Hodge is to Captaincy what The Prime Ranga is to political leadership...

Nobody knifed him.
Yeah, nah. The eyes tell a different story...

You're right, he should of retired after '08 and gone out a winner instead of hanging around for this extra scrutiny.
Saturdays loss will prove it and hurt him. Hurt him bad...
