It would conceivably work with average Joes who have a dream of opening their own restaurant, or working at one of the best restaurants in Australia. But where's the drama with people who realistically wouldn't gives flying f***, because they're never going to be professional chefs?

I've seen bits and pieces of the encore eps on during the day while I'm getting ready for work.

The service eps are maybe not too bad but boy are all the cooking challenges really lame.

The other day there was a relay competition shelling oysters, so riveting.

Something I pondered watching it was how much money the supernerd would get for an episode of the chase. Few hundred bucks?
