Are there written rules regarding what does and doesn't qualify? If not it might not be a bad idea to knock up a set.

A song needs to have been played on JJJ to make the shortlist they put up, but you can add any song you want to vote for.

There's been plenty of instances of songs not on the shortlist making the 100.
