The BigSoccer one was horrible, so went with the defaul as it's the least horrible of the two imo.

Dislike the new setup because:
- The empty Avatar box.
- It's got this "supersized for ******s" feel about it, like the calculators with really big buttons for muppets with fat fingers. I think it pretty mycg comes down to the Avatar sizes. They're just too big in relation to the text size. When I zoom out to make it more comfortable, the text is like fine print.
- The colours: Some of the text is so faintly grey it takes effort to read, some of the lighting effects on the buttons make it hard to make out, the faint blue/grey all over the place is just too bloody passive. Make the blue look like blue, grey look like grey, or just leave w.hite.
- The "Edit -> Undo" in my Firefox no longer works, so if I highlight and delete a large section of my post, like I just did, I am pissed.
- My name doesn't fit in the same line, so shows up as "IAMJUNGLEMUFFI
N"
- Bring back the sidebar for navigation. Used to hate it, but need it now.

Things I like:
- The like post button. Wouldn't mind if it was linked in to a reputation bar (only if the rep bar could be implimented in a way that didn't get abused by people you don't appreciate ie a neg vote cap by particular people)
- The awards. I Have no idea what they do, but I always like unlocking achievements

Sidebar is available, just click on that box under log out and it will appear. Have to do it every time you open a new browser window though.

Any idea if I can change the text style for the entire page template? I'm a Times New Roman guy myself

Guess I'll just play around with the preferences, seeing how there's actually a bit of depth to them.

No, you have to do it every time you write a new post. And every time you hit enter it returns to default. Worst.

I mostly like it. Think there's plenty of positives and plenty of negatives.

Positives
-- Being able to like a post - cuts down on people quoting posts and saying inane crap like "i lold". I'm happy to put up with pretty much every negative if we can have likes.

-- Alerts are great to have and basically personalises the forum more.

Negatives
-- Signatures are far too cluttered. Mentioned this on the main board but it bears repeating. Report should be a button next to like and reply and moved to the top right hand corner of the post and there's no need for it to say SonOfReep, Today at 2:14PM. We know who posted it.

-- Everyone gets a big avatar. Literally the only reason I bought a BFSC was for the big avatar and now they've been given out for free. Hope there's some added incentive for those who bought BFSC otherwise I won't be buying again.

-- Too much grey. Hope they're going to fix up team supported as that is a much needed splash of colour.

-- Usernames should be bigger and maybe coloured.

-- Too much scrolling and too much grey are the main issues. I find myself not wanting to browse BF as much (and I love browsing BF) as the scrolling and dull grey make it such a chore. Could be a positive really.

How do you unsub from a thread now? When a thread gets sent to the bay I always want to unsub but can't find the button.

This is certainly not the finished product; plenty still going on behind the scenes.

Not sure if the point has been made her yet, but the vBulletin site was held together with sticky tape and hope. This is the move BF had to make.

Use that script that someone wrote for Chrome & Firefox, I have a 24" screen and fairdinkum the grey bars were annoying me but the script gets rid of them!

What script?

I got a 21" screen running 1920X1080, but when I reverted to the classic style, the pages were no longer "centered" so to speak and the side bar overlapped the beginning of thread titles etc.

Hated it at first, but got used to it after about an hour once they added the side bar thing back. Not a huge fan of the like/notifications but I'll survive.

Also I have no idea what most of you are talking about scripts and settings and whatever, as long as i don't have to make 2 clicks to switch boards and can still read and write stuff I'm happy
