help with carlton logo

Gday guys.

Just wondering if anyone could tell me the font used to make the CFC logo?

I need it as I'm trying to do a website for my club who has the old monogram style with the letters JFC.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Bring Back the Original Logo not this new one the old ones way better then this poor imitation the old logo use to beable to buy to sew onto jumpers not this printed on one
