Yeah that is a good point. I'm really finding this decision tricky and I just had a look at the Crows run home and that doesn't inspire me. I've also looked at Jmac, Stiffy and Drummond but they all have question marks over them. Might end up going safety with Ladson. Dunno.

Yeah it's only my first year and to be ranked in the top 15,000 in the country and sitting ontop of the ladder for my league filled with alot of 2nd and 3rd year players, i feel i have done not too badly at all!
The major mistake i made this year was having too many cash cows in my team at the start of the season therefore it has taken alot of trades to get my team the way it is now.
Also made alot of sideways trades.
I have learnt so much this year, look out next year i will dominate! (probably not) :)
The story of my life

I already have Ladson.

Its a pickle tbh.

**** all cash and only 3 trades.

**** Im going to bed.
Are you game enough to bring Macca in and hope he can turn it around, remember he was heavily tagged by Kornes, he might get more of a free run in the future.

If you was really game you could bring Scarlett in, forms been relativlely solid and Geelong look to be on a roll. It would free up some funds to upgrade Kruezer.

Scarlett? Wont always get a free run like he did v Bulldogs. TO "key positional" for my liking.

Thinking of doing two trades and bring either Milburn/Pratt.

Will leave one trade for 4 weeks.

Scary proposition tbh.

Still leaves you with the problem of Kruezer, are you prepared to finish the year with him? The other posibility could be to trade Cornes for Head or Mackenzie, then use some of the excess to upgrade Kruzer, then in a few weeks time use the remainder to upgrade Myers to a better starter.

Myers B/E is 40, so he still has some scope to go up if he gets back (not sure of his current prognosis). Anyway you go about it is going to be risky given your cash and trades. Thank god I jumped of Cornes when he still had some money in him. :)

I feel your pain BM.

Down to 4 trades and $5K with Chad and Taylor on the ground and no quality bench down back. Cant afford 2 donuts and Taylor no certainty week to week.

Can straight swap Chad to Guerra, Birchall or Malceski and hold 3 trades and no cash.

Had always intended that Cotchin would be my final cow and wanted to hold him a bit longer but thinking it may be better to slaughter him now. Could then upgrade Chad to Ladson/Stiffy and leave myself $160K and 2 trades to get through.

Obviously it will all depend on Friday teams.

Help please. I cant take this sh_t any more!!

Hmmmm...struggling badly with this.

Yeah same thinking here, breakeven of 199. Hate for him to play a bit of the game, then breakdown, and not play again this season. Won't have enough value in him to trade him straight to someone decent.

5 trades left for me.

I think this was meant to be. I have the perfect amount to get the two guys I was looking at.

I was looking at someone for Chad, and after seeing C Johnson the last 2 weeks rip it up thought, he would be too expensive. With the cash in hand, after a Chad trade would leave me with 30.5k. And the difference between Porpz and ROK just so happens to be 30.4k. Leaves me with $100 in the bank

If ROK gets named, these trades will go through, I don't care if Porpz is back, don't want another Chad, losing value.

This would leave me with 2 trades. So 1 more upgrade. If it was to be, it would be for Ibbo. Or save one for Cox, and then one other for an injury

Does Stevie J to ROK sound 2 sideways? Would leave me with 3 trades with Cox the only real injury concern and solid emergencies. SJ is my weakest link and has only got 2 100's this year. ROK will skyrocket in price in the next few weeks and i may as well do the upgrade now instead of in 3 weeks and hopefully gain about 20 points each week.
