Need help choosing my 2nd ruck (Not yet convinced on who to get)

Currently have - (Cox & Simmonds) but thinking highly about swapping Simmonds with Wood.

Please Help
:D It's a crab-shoot on the second ruck.

Luenbeger, Wood, Simmonds... who knows.

Or you could go another Premium and get Macintosh.

Or the potential smokey, Gilmore.

It's all a crab-shoot, and any of them is a good choice without the benefit of hindsight. :)

f**king SC.

I want DalSanto but i'm happy with the rest of my team.

Argh.

I'm taking the punt on Embley. Good pre-season and looks in form.

However.. back to the same question..

Embley + Bradshaw vs DalSanto + Jetta

I'm worried that Bradshaw will find form and go back to being an 80+ppg player. The second option requires a further upgrade and sees me starting another rookie (Jetta).

....

Or I can drop Chappy. Chappy to 94k rookie and one of my midfield rookies to DalSanto. But then a 94k rookie starts for me in the forward line.

Arggghhhhh.

Help me!!

LAMB I tells ya!!
But I like mutton..

nothing like a good mutton curry.

you're not helping Walsey.

make a decision for me.

keep embers and bradshaw
trade above for Dal and 94k rookie

keep chappy and midfield rookie
trade above for dalsanto and forward rookie

Hi folks,
Just got talked into getting in on this last night, something of a newb. Wondering if anyone has thoughts to offer for my forwards (only around 18000 to spare)? Going for a good spread of teams, trying not to double up on team members in any one part of the ground, etc.

Just wondering on what people may think I should do with my seventh forward line spot after the obvious ones...Hawkins, Johnson (doggies), Pavlich, Brown (bris), Thompson, Yze. Cheers

Forwards
Ess 22. Jetta (FWD) (Res)
Gee 23. Hawkins (FWD)
W.B. 24. Johnson (FWD)
Freo 25. Pavlich (FWD)
Syd 26. Playfair (FWD)
Bris 27. Brown (FWD)
N.M. 28. Thompson (FWD)
Mel 29. Yze (FWD)
Haw 30. Rioli (FWD) (Emerg)

Chapman stays. I hit myself on the wrist for even thinking of dropping him. It will cost me a trade later and I don't think he will significantly drop.

Embley (85ppg?) + Bradshaw (75ppg?) vs DalSanto (110ppg?) + 94k Rookie (50ppg?)

Arrrggghhhhh.

Would it be considered 'stupid' of me to pick deledio in the mids if i can't find a space for him in my forward line, and consider him a potential elite for this year?
Picking Delidio in your mids would lead me to compare you to one of my favourite players, U.Jabroni. Good forwards are hard to come by, you can find many a good midfielder in the Delidio price range.

That being said I don't think Delidio is all that good a pick. IMO U.Jabroni > B.Delidio.

Dal Santo plus Jetta every day of the week.

With Embley plus Bradshaw, you're taking two gambles.

Dal Santo plus Jetta is one gamble only, because you know Dal Santo is going to produce the goods consistently.

Pretty basic risk/reward payoff though, because on potential total scoring Embley plus Bradshaw is superior, but both are risks and the combined result of two risks failing isn't worth it IMO.

i reckon there are better options at the same price. deledio will b playin more of a forward role this year so i reckon it could hurt his point scoring ability. it might be alright to grab him as a forward, but i believe there are better players for the same price in the mids eg. cooney, priddis, ball, rosa etc.

yeah i made a mistake its not dal and jetta its dal and a 94k'er.

hence big risk playing a 94k'er in your team.

blah.

dang it.

deledio will be a supercoach machine by year end. This brings me to my next question, is having Burton, Porplyzia, N.Brown and Deledio in the same forwardline recipe for disaster? (Other forwards are J. Brown and Pav)

Keeping in mind Porplzia will most definately be upgraded by midseason for chapman.

Doing this allows me to have 3 premium mids and 5 premium backs. Gives me much better structure?
