Nathan Jones anyone?
I don't know his SC scores but in DT he's got 79. 86, 89.

I'm thinking of downgrading Pendlebury to Jones or Armitage.
But If I do it to armitage then my midfield will have too many risky/young players - Cross, Murphy, Boak, Stevens, Dyson, Armitage.

That's too weak i'd think....?
Maybe if Murphy was a gun...

But he could break out 2 a gun

Arrrrrr so many decision

haven't heard to much, only that he injured his neck in the weights room. But the good news was that it wasn't related to the injury that kept him out last year.
At the moment as far as i know he's playing round 1, others might be able to shed some more light.

Im starting to lean that way also spartan, I currently have Ellis, Nicocki and Proud all starting in my backline. Im thinkin i may as well downgrade Ellis to say have Pfeiffer starting and turn Nicoski into another gun.
Just a balencing act, then i gotta hope Proud and Pfeffer play 3 games to get me the cash.....I love this game.

anyways what your opinion
1.Jarred Rivers?

2.Mattner > Symes?

3.Kennelly > Gram > Birchall > Waite > Walker?

As you might be able to tell my backline is giving me hell!
1. No.

2. Flip a coin. Symes > Mattner imo only cause he's cheaper and played a decent last couple of games.

3. None of them. Kennelly would be a wait and see. Gram is too inconsistent. The others are jabronies.

These are just my opinions. Some people like players like Birchall. I don't. I'd rather spend the extra and get a Shaw or Gilbee.

Wondering who would be the best chance to play 3 games, scott thompson(kanga), l henderson, or sellar, rate from 1-3 best 1 to worst 3
Sellar before last week I would have thought would have got a gig round 1. Henderson is like proud for me, could play but i'm wary of the brisbane injury list. Thommo, L. Hansen and Urqaret or however you spell his name will be fighting it out for a spot at the kangas.

By backline is awesome, so no worries there, current forwards.

Pavlich
Steve Johnson
Fevola
Hall
Akermanis
N Thompson
Reimers
C Rioli
Seller

If got rid of judd probably go to somewhere along the lines
Pavlich
Steve Johnson
Lucas
Delidio
Fevola
Dew
Jetta
C Rioli
Reimers

and be left with about another 50k to maybe improve that forward line more.

Just trying to some up if its going to make me mids to week though at start, will be plenty of opportunities to cash them up though, with the likes of dyson, houli, coghland and stevens all likely to rise in price

yeh judd downgraded would be to coughlan about 300k difference why the second forward line looks so much better, not sure if would leave the mids to week though would then be

Dal Santo
Ablett
Coughlan
Stevens
Dyson
Houli
Bird
Palmer

Thanks for the advice mate, but the main question do i downgrade judd leaving me with a ncie forward line to start season only having to worry about mids.

Are those mids still strong enough? (yeh with thoughts of changing houli)

Why is Armitage less risky than Houli? Both are inexperienced players trying to make way into their respective sides, the only difference is that Armitage's side is a lot better than Houli's.
My main difference- Armitage scored 144 in SC.
So he has the mass scoring potential.

My midfield is
Cross
Pendlebury
Murphy
Boak
Stevens
Dyson

I'm looking to downgrade Pendlebury/Murphy/Boak to Armitage.
Will my midfield be to weak?

Pendlebury hasn't impressed me, but I'm not sure if I can downgrade from 2nd most expensivest midfielder to cheapest.

ok please choose.

(I don't normally do this but need opinions).

Pendlebury ($475,000) and Murphy ($425,000) / Boak ($330,000)- $810,000-$900,000
or
Dal Santo/Ablett/Kornes/Judd/Burgoyne/ + Armitage ($175,000) - $700,000-$785,000

Wow 2nd option looks good now....lol.
If 2nd option who should I choose?

Kornes/Hayes + Armitage.

Actually, if you're going cheap, McNamara or Palmer would be better I think (not sure of McNamara's SC price but).

Thanks.
Prob get Kornes.
I'm not convinced on Hayes yet...over his injuries?

Already have Palmer on the bench.
McNamara might not play Round 1 but it will be considered.
Armitage has imrpessed me..

Hayes played almost every game last year , unless you mean he got injured again (not as far as I know)?
