just in case you were wondering, those is league1 that is, i changed my team name to team MonoBrow to be more relevant to my other two leagues i'm in. just to clear it up i did have a monobrow and was relentlessly teased and mocked about it. i now have 2 eyebrows. but i was ever so attached to my one eyebrow

some players are way too over priced

Jamison is very high for someone who has played 5 games

Jammo is a shocking investment for these comps anyway...

the best backmen are the ones that play forward too, or are generally loose men in the back line, or are very unaccountable...

he is expensive but Joel Bowden often plays both point 2 and 3 above...

With this Supercoach thing (I have only ever played AFL DreamTeam) it's exactly the same as DT....is this right or am I missing a few cans from the 6 pack?

If there is anything different can someone please explain....I have read the rules and the basic jist of it on the HSUN, just a little lost.

the scoring system and the players values are a little different... other than that it is virtually the same... everyone is just using Supercoach so you dont have to access the ever so crap AFL website!!!!

It's the same, just slighty different prices and salary cap, but they use the same software.

Hes VERY cheap, and i was impressed with his performance last night, even during a shalacking.

Will he be played much like last night? Or will he be played in other positions?

Hopefully he's played in the midfield, doesn't waste a disposal so shouldn't lose points for clangers etc.I think he may be in my team at present.

He'll certainly be getting more time in the midfield this year so he's a worthy pickup.

PS: I have to wonder when 34 points became a shalacking. It's not a small loss but it's not 'that' bad.

Hmmm.....

Go have a look at his game against the Hawks, and his game against Melbourne and then come back to me. I wouldn't pick him for the Dream team comp but for supercoach... you could do worse at that price.

I thought it was the same.

They have a different points system however which rewards good disposal and punishes bad. Keep that in mind.
