She had a good night, but thinks the theme song sucks! It might not have helped me singing it solo with me atrocious singing voice.
She sat there for most of the night not saying anything and clapping politely, but during the last quarter when Brisbane started coming back, she fired right up, and started getting really excited and loved the David Hille smother. It which was good to see.

Really? Fair enough. I love it.
I used to love singing it during the early 80's in the Alan Hird stand with my old man when I was little (when the players used to kick small footy's into the crowd before each game). I miss that a lot, so each time I hear the song it takes me back.
Obviously some personal sentiment is attached.

It's alright, I'm just not a fan of the banjo solo in the middle. The words are good, the tune isn't so good.
My junior team had the Richmond tune, so I like there's, but my favourite is Norths.
