I would like to say thank you to the Eseendon side for coming out to the middle after the game and sahking hands with Kempy and Sheeds congratulating the champion player too. Its not often that your peers recognise your talents and show perfect sportmanship to a player like Kemp. Kemp would have to be our greatest player in our history and he was voted a while back by a lot of other players in other clubs as being the player with the best hand to foot skills. Many opposition players said they would love to be on the receiving end of a Dean Kemp pass.
Once again thank you Essendon for having the sportsmanship for congratulating Kemp. Sheeds has not only turned that club into a power, but is also making many see the respect that Essendon have for other players and sides too.
