From what I understand, it's touch and go for Round 1, but after that...

It’s outdated, he’ll be back in full training sooner.

Even if he's medically right to go, I wouldn't rush the Chad back. Let him build up to gameday level and give him a week or twoi in the VFL. At his age, you just can't take the chance.

Needs another 29 games to reach 100 for the Hawks. Should be achievable over 2024-25.

Yep, ease him back into it and have a solid second half of the year and have him peaking on grand final day.

Day's timeline for a return is not correct either. More 3-4 weeks as of right now so by round 3 he will be 50/50 to play.

At a certain age and with a certain playing quality, it makes me chuckle how players turn from championship race horses into farm studs. The father/son rule puts a long-term value on genetics that is normally a little disquieting. But not in club footy. There’s gold to be mined in them thar hills!
