Hi j_b_g, it's Teal here. If you've got the pic you want, you'll need to resize it to 50 x 50 pixels (which is tiny). I did mine using Paint, but you could use PhotoEditor or whatever you've got on your computer. You might need to change it to a .gif or .jpg file rather than a .bmp or it'll use too much memory; but that's fairly easy to do.
Some people on BigFooty have those cool avatars that can change to a few different images. I've got no idea how they do that, but to keep it simple just stick to the one pic.
And the offer I made on MSN the other day still stands - if you're really stuck send the pic you want to me and I'll resize it for you. I may not have time to do it till I'm back in Sydney in about a week, but I'll see how I go.
