I discovered the below option the other day so enabled it but I have received the notice today anyway. Is the option to disable it broken?

It's a wee bit broken that one, and I haven't had a response from Xenforo.

We've fixed it now, so the option should work for you.

At some point (when we solve an issue with the software) we will add a quick and easy on/off toggle within the notice.
