Injury/Rehab High hamstring tendon injury

I have been suffering for over a year now an injury called high hamstring tendinopathy, terrible injury which just wont get better. Anyone had this or something similar?

Getting an MRI monday to confirm exactlt what it is and where it is and how bad it is.

An injury i got from playing footy.
