Personally I don't want Hird anywhere near the club. I'd prefer Matthew Lappin coaching the forwards, mids and backs with Jarryd Blair as ruck coach before letting Hird clean the windows at the Lexus Westpac Holden Centre. I would sit through 5 wooden spoons and not give up my membership, I'd strongly consider throwing my membership in the bin if we let James Hird through the door.
