How can he do it having (from what I understand) signed a non disclosure agreement?

Also, given AD seems to be still pursuing legal action against Robbo re the claims he informed Evans about the ACC investigation, Hord would probably do well to skip over that bit.
Depends what was under NDA.

Could just be the penalty negotiations that are covered, or certain aspects of what went on, not the entire incident as others have pointed out.

Will he have an enlarged photograph of Wep looking sketchy in the background
Will he outline the points of his systematic black op?
Will he do the nose touch?
Will the interview be prerecorded and censored, lest Hird be #unbecoming?
Will he monkey sling "Hird's Turd" back at Caro?
Will he bring the network or publication into disrepute?
Will he say that again?

Amazing he can talk on the matter now even though the investigation is not over; after telling us he would not talk on the matter until the investigation was over. Half truth's and probably lies, I tells ya.

He's in a good place now though.

(I had to)

Yep, for sure, totally agree.

Will be very interested to see what comes out of this.

Doesn't seem like the smartest move to me in a PR sense though. I think that much like politics p[ost the election, people are simply sick and tired of the whole Essendon/ASADA/blah blah blah thing and not going to be too favourably disposed to anything anyone says.

I can see this backfiring on him.

DawOfPromotion exclusive for The Conservation. (Actually, jokes aside, I'd trust him to put personal feelings aside in that kinda case and be balanced)

I'd love to interview Hird and contrary to what many think, would actually do it completely straight too.

Problem is the whole thing is so legally fraught you wouldn't be able to go into any of the really juicy stuff.

Why stop now? There might still be some people left who don't hate him.

Yep. This year has shown how tone deaf Hird actually is.

Any PR person worth their salt would advise against this in the strongest possible terms IMO.

I simply don't see what he hopes to gain from this. Even if he does have something new that exonerates him etc, I just don't see people being willing to even listen.

People want a break from all this stuff.

Looking forward too it. I've always wanted to know what Hirdy's favorite color is, what Macca's burger is his favourite, his lucky number, where he likes to holiday, whether he dislikes that nasty Mr. Abbott etc.

Should get some nice family photos, maybe one of him smiling while putting the bins out?

Ripping stuff.:thumbsu::rainbow::rainbow::rainbow::rainbow::rainbow:

I'd say Hirdy is a Lib voter, despite his (possibly "former") friendship with Bill Kelty.

What a guy Sir James is, he waited till the final series is over because he wanted people to focus on the football and not to derail the season with this investigation. Such a heroic act to protect the integrity of the game.
