Simple poll. Who is the most integral player to their respective team. Each of these three are such quality utility players, I thought it would be interesting to see peoples thoughts.
Have a good think about your answer (try and put your Bias aside
). It's a tough one.
Hodge. So strong out of the centre, always diving for the hard ball and always creating the clearance. His precise kicking, versatility and leadership skills make him such a valuable player.
Goddard. Influential across half back. He's the one who makes the tough decisions and sets up the play coming out of the back 50. Like Hodge, his kicking ability is phenomenal and is such a versatile player; having the ability to go up forward and be so competitive over head.
Lake. His ability as a backman is uncanny. He reads the ball so well which often results in him out menuvering and out marking his opponent. Like the previous two, his skills by foot are remarkable and when asked to play forward he can change matches.
My vote goes to Lake. He isn't 'better' than the other two, but the dogs are a much different team without him.
EDIT: Spelt Brendon wrong in the poll options, can't change it
