Can someone please explain the holding the ball rule? I have no idea anymore.
What happened to genuine attempt? Regardless of prior oppurtunity..
Why are players getting pinned for incorrect disposal when they had no prior?
Why can a player just grab the ball and hold on to it with out trying to dispose of it?
Surely rule should be this and it was years ago …
If you had prior opportunity you must dispose of the ball correctly..
If you had no prior you must make a genuine attempt to dispose the ball but are exempt from incorrect disposal…. if you make no attempt it’s holding the ball..
