Looks like you will have to do without my match reports for the first four weeks of the season. I am off to Vietnam, Cambodia and Sri Lanka for 5 weeks. Should be great but timing could probably be better but thats what I get for ceding control to my lovely wife. I am also supposed to be starting a new masters this semester and having 5 weeks off in the middle is not going to help. :o

I decided to do something for pure interest so I have enrolled in Ancient History. I was thinking of doing a project management masters to add another string to the bow but in the end I decided to go with History. I already have a heap of other qualifications doing something for interest will make a change and my wife is going to do it as well. The plan ultimately is for both of us to have PhD's and I always thought my doctorate would be in history despite it likely being of no use to me at all.

I am half way through my masters in educational leadership. It is long and tedious, so i am having this year off to make it even longer. It is interesting that you are going to study for the pleasure of it and not to increase income.

Campbell, nursing is a tough gig, i take my hat off to you!

I'm doing the ancient history through Macquarie. With studying I don't mind learning but I don't particularly like the assessment aspects though. Still it is a good way to learn.

I have two degrees and three grad diplomas so I know what I am getting myself into. I usually do as much work as necessary and not much more. My wife on the other hand will work her butt off and I am sure she won't take it well if I happen to beat her in any of the subjects. :o

Educational leadership, what does that entail? Are you a teacher?
