Absolutely not.
Wouldn't even give up a fourth round pick for those two.
Holland has been told he is not required and from what I hear from Richmond supporters about Bowden there would be no tears if he was to leave.
Pick 3 or 5 for that matter would only be traded for something exceptional (ie: quality not quantity !!!). Sorry but those two just simply don't cut the mustard and to be quite honest I doubt Richmond has anything Melbourne would take for pick 3
